How To Present Figures and Numbers

Have you ever needed to present numbers or figures, only to find that you battle expressing (putting into words) what the numbers and trends are doing?

- Going up – quickly
- Going up – gradually / slowly
- Flat (not going up or down)
- No change in any direction (doing exactly what they were doing before)
- Going down – general wording to use
- Going down – gradually / slowly
- Going down – quickly
- Going up then down and visa versa (are all over the place)
- Good / positive results
- Bad / negative results
- Small changes, in any direction
- Big / Large changes, in any direction
