How To Retain Control Of A Business Meeting Or Presentation

This 11 minute video will show you how to manage distractions and bring attendees attention and focus back to you, during a meeting or presentation, should they become distracted:

1 Answering emails or working on their laptops

2 Checking cell phones or answering texts

3 Speaking amongst themselves

4 Start speaking about irrelevant topics during discussions

5 Taking too long to make a point and are waffling on (wasting time)

Discover why it is important to do so correctly, to not overreact and to avoid alienating them.

Watch this video if you cannot answer any of these questions:

1 Do you know how to correctly direct a question to an attendee who is distracted?

2 Do you know how to use a pause, throat clearing and eye contact?

3 Do you know how to correctly word / phrase general and specific comments?

4 Do you know when to avoid the above and to instead politely interrupt them?
